As above it was really important to have a car whilst mine was being serviced. The staff are really polite and friendly too. The only downside for me is not being able to drop a car off until 8am. I usually need to be a work in Helston by 8am.

Ocean always provide us with great customer service - friendly and efficient. Knocked off one star as they promised to wash the car after service but forgot on this occasion. However, we phoned them and they said bring the car back in another time.

Whilst the dealer and their salesperson were professional in their engagement with me, compared to local Honda dealer were we have purchased 6 new vehicles the Mini experience (three different dealers) has left a lot to be desired.

Upon realising that when I had purchased my mini it became apparent that the car hasn't received the full attention that it should have before being handed over to me but this was rectified straight away and excellent service

Service at Ocean Falmouth was superb. Score 10.Our first Mini service and MOT was at BMW Plymouth early this year and was totally unacceptable. I have 35 years of BMW service and was disgusted by the Service Managers attitude rudeness and arrogance

Customer service given by Steve Whitefield from Ocean Falmouth Cornwall outstanding and we have appreciated this level of commitment. He made the whole process enjoyable and felt he had our best interests at heart and fully understood our needs.
Andy in the service department dealt with me and I felt very comfortable asking him any questions I had. He explained everything to me before I went ahead with anything.
I should have been told that the courtesy car wasn't complimentary. I felt that twenty pounds was to much.
