Very good and efficient

It took three weeks to repair my vehicle
Told be 1 hour, 2.5 hours later I went to ask how getting on and told waiting to be washed, which I declined again for a third year running as couldn't wait any longer for an mot service.
They go out of their way to make the waiting time as comfortable as possible
MOT ONLY THIS TIME. BUT TIMELY AND THOROUGH.
I was disappionted with the dealership as they could not fit me in for the mot for 2 weeks
asked them to check rear wiper squeaks dont appear to have done so.
They were fine.
I felt after agreeing the price of our car confronted by the Business Manager who I felt pressurised me into 'Gap Insurrance I called in later to get a better explanation after agreeing to it
