My query required colleague intervention to better explain the detail. Later viewing the video at home, c50% of engineer dialogue missing, therefore incomplete. Fed back, but no offer to elaborate any adhoc observations as 'is all in your paperwork'.

We have bought cars from Ocean Falmouth before. We know and trust Steve. We feel valued. Steve presented clear options with regard to selling my previous mini and options regarding future purchase of a mini. There was no pressure.
