The staff member I dealt with, Steve Whitefield, was excellent. We dealt with most of the paperwork remotely, which worked well as I cannot stand wasting hours in a dealership when buying a new car.

Call centre kept pestering me to book the service. Had to block their number in the end. No issues with Falmouth when the car went in for the service

Very helpful knowledgeable staff. Jamie took the time to explain what was going on with my car in an easy to understand way. They dropped me to the train station and collected me whilst the car was being serviced.

Work was completed and a fault with the steering located and appears to have been dealt with, however, on inspection they found a damaged tyre. It would have been helpful if someone had phoned me to advise, i had 2 wasted 35 mile trips to garage.
