We have bought cars from Ocean Falmouth before. We know and trust Steve. We feel valued. Steve presented clear options with regard to selling my previous mini and options regarding future purchase of a mini. There was no pressure.

Advised service department that door handles needed replacing when service appointment booked. Door handles were not ordered in advance, which delayed the repair by a day. This should not have happened when the work was pre-advised.
