Ocean replaced the headlight trim as requested and then sent a workshop tech with me to confirm a knocking noise which was then identified as a quick adjustment of the hatchback bumpstops. No extra charge for this and delighted it was a simple fix!

The service was carried out , and all ok , until I git home and had an email telling me there was something not done, when I asked for anything found to be done, I telephoned and it was sorted.

Call centre kept pestering me to book the service. Had to block their number in the end. No issues with Falmouth when the car went in for the service

Work was completed and a fault with the steering located and appears to have been dealt with, however, on inspection they found a damaged tyre. It would have been helpful if someone had phoned me to advise, i had 2 wasted 35 mile trips to garage.

It took 3 hours when I was quoted 2 hours. With travel that 5 hours to get my car serviced. The staff were helpful in giving me a part refund when they charged much mire than I had been quoted on booking

Booked in for a recall jjob. No mention of it possibly not being completed in a day. Dealership is an hour drive from home. Needed car the following day. When checking in was told might not be finished that day. As it turned out it was.
