Purchase was very straightforward, Mini had an offer on for the U25 Countryman which was very difficult to ignore and as I was eager to move from my F57 Cooper due to worsening health issues with my knees, a deal was quickly worked out.

Pleasant, helpful staff always polite and have provided good information. Where it isn't possible to get through to the service desk (main POC for me) I've been routed through to BMW or another desk and have normally always been called back quickly.
