I booked a courtesy car. On arrival, I was told that I needed to pay £25 for insurance for the courtesy car. This was never mentioned beforehand. No other main dealer asks for money for insurance for a courtesy car.

On arrival the female receptionist was rude , disinterested and did not keep me informed as to what was going on and why it took so long. I eventually after a couple of hours had to go and enquire. I was not kept up to date at all .

Only 4 stars because the car took longer due to some wrong parts being delivered and when I picked her up I had to return due to something not being done......

Was in for a recall not a service I have no paper work with regards to the recall work I have a smell of diesel and the management light is now on which was not there before the appointment

Second visit to Penryn to have 'something' done. This time no valeting. Also I responded about rear brakes needing attention but no response.
