They did a great job of replacing parts etc, I wish when they spilled brake fluid on my new tailored mats they would have put them in a bag so I didn't have to clean carpets, and I'm still waiting for them to send me the receipt for the cash?

Jamie delivered an excellent standard of service throughout. Communication was clear. I felt at ease to ask questions and they were dealt with efficiently and honestly. The service I received from Jamie is much appreciated, I would highly recommend.

The checking in process is slow. Only one person dealing with a queue of people. I do not think the self service check in is a good idea and I won't use it as I much prefer to speak to a person. Others I spoke to agreed.

Like the Whatsapp updates and friendly local staff. Need to sort out the comms between Falmouth and Plymouth as get service reminders from Plymouth even when already arranged through Falmouth. I find the duplication very frustrating and unnecessary.
