Due to a late change of circumstances I did not have transport to get me home, however a courtesy car had become available and I was able to use this. Saying that the service was done and dusted a lot quicker than expected.

Never have I been to an MOT and been left waiting for over 5 hours. No where to go as I came from 10 miles away. Was warned it may be a couple hours but this was ridiculous, are customers expected to make arrangements and not have a car for a day?

When we booked my mini for an MOT you didn't inform us that you had no one on site to do the test. You gave an appointment for 9.30 but when we delivered the car this had been changed to 12.30, and the car wasn't ready till 5.00 Friday pm.
