Never have I been to an MOT and been left waiting for over 5 hours. No where to go as I came from 10 miles away. Was warned it may be a couple hours but this was ridiculous, are customers expected to make arrangements and not have a car for a day?

Having booked the car in for an mot several weeks earlier, i was rung the day before to ask me if i could bring the car in first thing as the MOT guy was leaving. no forward planning and we live over an hour away. Not impressed.

When we booked my mini for an MOT you didn't inform us that you had no one on site to do the test. You gave an appointment for 9.30 but when we delivered the car this had been changed to 12.30, and the car wasn't ready till 5.00 Friday pm.

Not told what time to arrive so stated on booking form time i'd be there. no recognition of this. Waited 3+hrs. Told if I wanted car wash have to come back- no availability. Told by centre MOT could be included in new plan but garage said 'no'. Bad.
