Never have I been to an MOT and been left waiting for over 5 hours. No where to go as I came from 10 miles away. Was warned it may be a couple hours but this was ridiculous, are customers expected to make arrangements and not have a car for a day?

Service carried out on time and explanatory video very helpful as had not realised the bad state of the tyres. Car wash at the finish much appreciated too.

I was not told this service would take all day told the engine had to cool down that was at 10.30am. If I had known it was going to be all day I would have left the car day before at the garage

Having booked the car in for an mot several weeks earlier, i was rung the day before to ask me if i could bring the car in first thing as the MOT guy was leaving. no forward planning and we live over an hour away. Not impressed.

When we booked my mini for an MOT you didn't inform us that you had no one on site to do the test. You gave an appointment for 9.30 but when we delivered the car this had been changed to 12.30, and the car wasn't ready till 5.00 Friday pm.
