Purchase was very straightforward, Mini had an offer on for the U25 Countryman which was very difficult to ignore and as I was eager to move from my F57 Cooper due to worsening health issues with my knees, a deal was quickly worked out.

I thought it took a bit too long (6.5 hours). However, apologies were made and a token gift given (sadly I left in Reception). I think the video sent via e mail regarding the MOT and service is an excellent service.
